- Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam breadmaker dan setkan uli dan fermentation mengikut cara BM masing. (Jika guna mixer,mix lebih kurang 20 minit,atau uli tangan,kemudian perap dlm keadaan bertutup selama 1 jam@sehingga doh mengembang 2x ganda).
- Uli dan buangkan angin. Bulatkan2 lebih kurang 40g-60g setiap satu. Perap lagi lebih kurang 20 minit dlm keadaan doh bertutup..
- Panaskan oven,170c. Sapukan bancuhan telur (telur+freshmilk). Taburkan kekacang..
- Bakar 170c selama 20 minit atau hingga perang. Keluarkan dan sapukan butter ketika panas..
- Sementara perap doh dlm langkah 1, masak lah sos butterscotch. Dengan menggunakan api sederhana,cairkan butter bersama gula perang,masukkan freshmilk dan masak sehingga mendapat warna perang yang dikehendaki. Masukkan garam dan esen vanila. Kemudian barulah masukkan whipping cream. Masak sehingga agak pekat..
